As my business grew, I realized that if I wanted to continue delivering the level of service my clients expect across all of our service areas, I couldn't do it alone. I needed to build the right team. But not just any team.
The Lander Group is made up of individual Realtors who chose to work together because we believe collaboration leads to better results. We're a group of women with different backgrounds, different strengths, and different experience levels, all bringing something valuable to the table.
When you choose to work with me, you're not passed from one agent to the next. I'm still your Realtor and your trusted advisor throughout the process. What changes is that, behind the scenes, you have an entire team working together to support you. We bounce ideas off one another, problem-solve together, share knowledge, and step in to help whenever it's needed.
Glenda and Jennifer each bring more than 15 years of real estate experience, while Jackie brings a fresh perspective, incredible work ethic, and a genuine drive to learn and grow. Together, we challenge each other, support each other, and always put our clients first.
